· Director of Education – Established NEAT as a premiere center for performing arts education. Launched and oversaw a year-round educational curriculum for over 800 adults and children. Hired, supervised and evaluated 20 plus faculty artists.
· Director of Outreach – Recognized for connecting the arts to the community by creating, collaborating on and supervising community outreach programs; The Circus School Project – a program for at risk urban middle school students; The Senior Drama Project – a program to bring performing arts education to seniors in their communities; The Monologue Project – a program designed for urban high school students to express the teen experience through writing and performing.
